Care Instructions

THE UPPER

• Remove the shoe laces for convenience and insert a shoe tree if you have one.
• Remove any dust or dirt with a soft brush running it on the upper part in a two-and-fro motion until it appears free of all the dust particles. You can use a soft toothbrush to clean the areas hard to get into.
• Apply 3 - 4 pea-sized drops of shoe cream evenly over the surface of the leather shoe to massage gently in a circular motion, using a soft cloth. This will keep the texture of your shoe intact giving it shine.
• In order to fill up the pores on the upper part of the shoe, apply wax on the upper surface of the shoe using a clean cloth. Rub it well on the shoe surface to induce heat which can allow the wax to melt and spread evenly.
• Sprinkling 3 - 4 drops of water on the upper part of the shoe and stroking the surface broadly using a shoe brush will give it a beautiful shine.



THE SOLE, INNER LINING

• The interior of a shoe often goes ignored, and, it is this part that requires the most attention because salt gets deposited there. It is therefore, important to air the shoe especially while removing the footbed and placing your shoes against the wall to let the air flow in and out easily.
• Use a brush to remove any dirt, grime or gunk. If required use soap lather to cleanse the stains on the sole edges and bottom of the shoes.
• Use a shoe tree to maintain the shape of the shoes.
