Returns & Exchanges

At Nappa Dori, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted leather goods and offer a seamless return process if you are not entirely satisfied. We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 48 hours.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original Nappa Dori packaging, including all dust bags and tags, and hand the package to our designated courier.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After receiving and inspecting your return at our workshop, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
